…here in Ilmington this week, we are celebrating the arrival of our new air conditioning system in the community shop! Volunteers Addi Asher and Karen Ashworth kindly agreed to look suitably chilled near the chocolate to demonstrate that – for the first time in six years – we haven’t had to hide the Dairy Milk and Galaxy bars in the chiller. “It is a nicer temperature in the shop,” says Addi. “And it’s great to be able to stock chocolate on the shelves all year round.” As for where the summer has gone, well we can’t be responsible for everything…
