Handmade in Chedworth, Gloucestershire, the Woodlands Farm range is all produced on one family farm, using milk that’s fresh from the cow that morning. “It’s the short supply chain that we pride ourselves on,” says David Hulbert, the farmer who personally makes the Woodlands Farm Yogurt range (they use the American spelling.) “It’s all hand made apart from the potting machine. We don’t add sugar. We like to say that tomorrow’s yoghurt is in the cow and hopefully you can taste the difference.” David will be with us until 2pm today so do come and meet the maker. “Chedworth is famous for Roman villas,” says David, “but maybe one day it will be famous for yoghurt, you never know.
