Once again it was very well attended and everyone enjoyed a beautifully home cooked three course supper including a drink on arrival and a coffee to follow. This time we enjoyed Baked Camembert, Beef Bourginon with Mashed Potato and Tenderstem Broccoli followed by a delicious Chocolate Mousse Torte. A nearly full house made for a ‘very convivial evening’ commented one guest and ‘when is the next one?’ asked another! In answer, we won’t plan another until we have all the volunteer workforce we need to ease the pressure on everyone. But you can be sure we are working tirelessly behind scenes to get that in place as we know how much you look forward to these evenings.
