Owner Bill Buckley, seen here delivering our latest batch by hand, (all the way from his distillery in Back Street to the Community Shop,) is delighted. “We are thrilled that our Dry Gin performed so well,” he says. “The Silver Medal demonstrates that we are creating the types of spirits that bar managers and mixologists want to use, and that drinkers enjoy consuming.” Unlike other spirits awards, which are often judged entirely on distilling technique, the London Spirits Competition places equal emphasis on drinkability, visual appeal and value for money.
