Giving the thumbs up and becoming the first guests to use our new café terrace are John and his sister Mandy Blann, regular visitors to the Community Café. Their father David was for many years head gardener at Ilmington Manor. And soon afterwards we welcomed (l-r) Peter Redhead, Graham Peasant and Joan Redhead, all of whom helped build Coronation Terrace with their own hands. It’s eight years to the day since we opened the doors to Ilmington Community Shop and we are continuing to grow and reach out in ways we couldn’t have imagined!
