Clover, the Collie in question, is playing a support role today, helping the maintenance team get the job done without undue interference. “Clover is 10,” says Keith, “she’s a rescue. She hates loud noises because she got shot when she was young. She’s a war hero, poor thing.” Clover doesn’t mind a spot of hard graft: she’s worked sheep in Ilmington village before now.
