Oliver is partial to a cake himself and doesn’t mind stirring and licking the mixture according to his mum. We’ve got chocolate drops in white, milk and dark, we’ve got fine flour and free-range eggs, sugar, best butter, baking powder and everything you could possibly need. The Bake Off final is on Channel 4 at 8pm tonight and it’s a 75-minute episode – a bit past your bedtime, unfortunately, little Oliver
