The trial, in conjunction with Ilmington Village Hall, started yesterday and will continue next Monday morning when the café is usually closed. Villagers are welcome to come along between 10.30 and 12, for company, coffee and cake. On 23rd January there will be the chance to talk to Alvynne Curley from the charity Act On Energy, which provides free and impartial advice to householders in Warwickshire. Alvynne can even mediate between you and your energy company, should you need it. And don’t forget, our community café is a welcoming warm hub all the rest of the week too: you can nurse that cappuccino as long as you like!
