Neo joined us in Ilmington Community Café for our weekly Wednesday morning Parent and Baby group, along with baby sister Anastasia and mum Yve. Laura was there, too, with six-week old Violet, and Robyn, who’s expecting her second baby at the end of October. “It is nice to have somewhere to meet other parents,” says Robyn. “To make friends as an adult is quite difficult, especially if you live somewhere without a strong community.” Community is what we are all about: we are starting a number of new groups for people to try. There’s Knit and Natter on the 4th Wednesday of the month, 2-4pm, and a new Games Club starting this Wednesday, 2-4. Whether you like to knit, to natter, to play board games and cards – or even just to come and watch, we have the space and we’ve got the kettle on! Balloon not necessarily included
