Lovely Jemma Parnell from The Cottage Garden Florist has been calling with armfuls of red roses, red tulips and other bouquets just perfect for St Valentine’s. Jemma, who’s been based in Shipston for seven years and supplies us with fresh flowers every week, says this is one of her busiest times after Mother’s Day. “I’m bringing Valentine roses to get everybody loved up,” she laughs.
