COMMITTEE UPDATE
We say a fond farewell to two brilliant committee members who are stepping down — though happily they’ll still be helping out behind the scenes for a little while.
A massive thank you to Mike Tremellen, our chairman for the past six years. Mike has overseen so many projects that have made a real difference to the community shop and café, and to the lives of the people of Ilmington. His dedication and hard work have been truly outstanding — we can’t thank him enough!
And a huge thank you to Sophie Buck for all her fantastic work with our marketing and design. Your creativity and effort have been invaluable, and it’s shown in everything we do. We’re so grateful.
Mike Clasper has taken over as Chair from Mike T (yes, we double-checked we had the right Mike!), with Robert Howard joining as Treasurer and Clare McMullen leading Communications.
