We are now harvesting the sun’s rays to power our community shop and café – with maybe a surplus to sell back to the National Grid. Since our membership voted to undertake the project, we won a £6,000 grant from the Stratford-on-Avon Community Climate Change and Nature Recovery Fund, which will lessen our payback period.
