Ilmington is famous for its country walks, from medieval, car-free lanes that wind through the heart of the village, to long footpaths over the Cotswolds. Ebrington Hill on our doorstep is the highest point in Warwickshire, with astonishing views over the south Midlands. In the community shop, we stock a wide range of walking books and local maps, along with guides for cyclists and families. And after a good walk, it’s the law to order a slice of homemade cake and a hot drink.
