Tomorrow we are trialling a new supplier for Saturdays and we’re inviting you to come and taste for yourselves. We will be selling three sourdough-style loaves by Mark’s Cotswold Bakery, which supplies both Taste of the Country and Daylesford Organic. Based in Swerford near Chipping Norton, Mark makes an award-winning, handmade sourdough which is the basis for all his products. Tomorrow’s tasting in the shop will feature his Churchill White, the famous Cotswold Crunch and Mark’s Fruit Loaf, which is rich and dark with rye flour, raisins, citrus peel and apricots. Mark’s Cotswold Bakery is supplying our bread every Saturday until Christmas and if you love his bread as much as we do, for many Saturdays to come
