It’s your chance to sample the flavours created in a workshop distillery in our own village! “The team behind Spirit of Ilmington very much value our relationship with the village shop,” says producer Bill Buckley. “The display of our products is excellent and adds to the spirit of Christmas!” Apple trees in the north Cotswolds and fruit trees in the Vale of Evesham provide the fruit for their famous Apple Brandy and other spirits. Have you tried the Spiced Rum or the Vodka with Apple? How about Ilmington Dry Gin, infused with juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica, orris root and orange peel? If you love sweet liqueurs, you should taste the Damson or Raspberry Gin Liqueurs, the Cherry and Almond or the Rhubarb and Ginger. And for the perfect stocking filler, you can now combine any three 10cl flasks in a special presentation box.
