3tbs oil
1tbs black treacle
1tbs marmalade (sieve to remove bits)
Half tsp sea salt
12 sausages
Heat oven to 180 (160 fan.) Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Dip sausages in mixture and place on a tray lined with parchment. Bake for 30 mins, remove and turn sausages in any remaining glaze. Bake for another 10 mins. Leave to stand for 5 mins before serving
