Ilmington Community Shop was founded in 2015 as a cooperative, meaning that all share holders have an equal say and are members of our community enterprise. We love our human-centred business model and today (and Wednesday) we welcome anyone who’d like to work with us as a volunteer. We have shop roles, cafe roles and behind-the-scenes roles for everyone. We only need a couple of hours of your time each week and you can choose a regular shift or dip in and out, to suit your schedule. Come and see us today, or on Wednesday from 10am to 12 noon.
