
Ben Dulley’s company SaltPig makes award-winning artisan charcuterie in Chipping Norton. You may have met Ben at our 2023 Christmas Market and you may even have eaten his food, because for five years he was Head Chef at the famous dining pub, the Kingham Plough. Ben and his wife Sam are passionate about their cured meats and we are equally excited to stock items from their range. Ben’s smoked belly lardons make a wonderful base for a casserole and the Bolognaise Booster will raise your Spag Bol to another level!
