…in Ilmington yesterday and we want to give you fair warning of our next book choice. We’ll be reading To Kill A Mockingbird, the Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece by Harper Lee. Set in 1930s Alabama, the heart of the deep South, the novel turns on the false accusation of a black man and the attempts of lawyer Atticus Finch to save him. We’d love to see you for the discussion at 2pm on 1st March, even if you haven’t read the book – or read it long ago!
