Any recipe is fine – including other fruit and flavours – so long as there are strawberries involved. We sell delicious strawberries and pectin sugar in our shop, but you don’t need to purchase from us. Please deliver your unlabelled homemade jam to us by 12 noon on Monday 17th July to be in with the chance of winning a prize. You will need to fill in a simple entry form – call us on 01608 682838 for more information. Our Jam Jury meets at 2pm on 17th July and we need a few more people to join the tasting panel. Let’s celebrate the delicious English strawberry in style
