Which means we needed at least 45 voters to make us quorate at the Ilmington Community Shop AGM on Tuesday night. Lured by wine, nibbles and the chance to have a say, more than 60 of us gathered for an evening of information and genial discussion. We learnt that well over 6,000 volunteer hours had been clocked in the last financial year. That we are on a sound financial footing. And that at least one of our (adult) members likes to play on the basket swing in the village playground. Thanks to all who attended, all who spoke and everyone behind the scenes. We are so lucky to have each other
