Ilmington’s Act of Remembrance begins at the cenotaph on Upper Green today at 10.50am.
Following two minutes’ silence at 11am, the Remembrance service continues in St Mary’s Church, with refreshments to follow. Poppies are on sale all morning in the community shop, donating to the Royal British Legion. Let us not forget those who died so we could be free
